PillLedge is a digital product

PillLedge is a cloud-based software subscription. There is no physical product and no physical shipping involved. Access is delivered electronically the moment your subscription is active.

1. Digital Delivery

PillLedge is provided entirely as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Upon successful payment and activation of your subscription plan, your account is upgraded instantly and all included features become available in your dashboard. No items are dispatched, couriered, or mailed.

2. No Physical Shipping

Because the service is delivered over the internet, there are no shipping charges, no delivery timelines, and no tracking numbers. Any references to "shipping" in payment gateways or invoices are not applicable to PillLedge.

3. Access & Availability

You can access PillLedge from any supported web browser using your login credentials. Your subscription remains active for the billing period you purchased (e.g. monthly), and renews or expires per your plan.

4. Activation Issues

If your plan is not activated within a few minutes of a successful payment, please contact our support team with your payment reference. We will verify and activate your access manually if required.

5. Refunds

As this is a digital subscription, please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
