All sales are generally non-refundable
PillLedge is a digital subscription (Software-as-a-Service). Payments are non-refundable by default. In specific eligible cases (described below), an approved refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–8 working days.
1. General Policy — No Refunds
As PillLedge provides instant digital access to software the moment a subscription is activated, all payments are considered final and non-refundable. This includes (but is not limited to) change of mind, non-usage of the service, partial use of a billing period, or failure to cancel before renewal.
2. Selective Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered, at our sole discretion, only in genuine cases such as:
- Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same subscription.
- Failed activation — payment succeeded but your plan was never activated and could not be fixed by support.
- Incorrect charge — a verifiable billing error on our side.
3. Refund Timeline
If a refund request is reviewed and approved, the amount will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–8 working days. The exact time the funds reflect may additionally depend on your bank or card issuer.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds are always issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction(e.g. the same card, UPI, or bank account via Razorpay). We do not issue refunds via cash, cheque, or to a different account.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us within 7 days of the charge with your registered business name, the payment/transaction reference ID, and a brief reason. Our team will review and respond. Approval is not guaranteed and is granted only for the eligible cases listed above.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation stops upcoming charges but does not automatically refund the current or past billing periods.
